Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) is a national association with 75 chapters representing 23,000 merit shop construction and construction-related firms with nearly two million employees. ABC’s membership represents all specialties within the U.S. construction industry and is comprised primarily of firms that perform work in the industrial and commercial sectors of the industry.
The Indiana Subcontractors Association promotes the interest of the Indiana subcontracting community and the construction partners as well as the continual improvement of the construction industry. ISA promotes relationships within the construction industry, education, feedback for industry partners, and promotes the importance of safety and quality to members. ISA is helping bring the construction industry to the next generation via its Youth in Construction Program. ISA is a growing association and has become a leading association within the Indiana construction industry.
NCCER is a not-for-profit education foundation created to develop standardized construction and maintenance curricula and assessments with portable, industry-recognized credentials. These credentials include transcripts, certificates and wallet cards that are tracked through NCCER’s National Registry. As we are an In-House ABC Apprenticeship Program, NCW partners with NCCER to develop NCW Training Center workforce development program and curricula. With NCCER as our partner, we are building a stronger construction workforce while helping individuals get the training and assessments they need to build successful careers in the construction industry.
Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) is a national trade association for merit shop electrical and systems contractors. IEC believes in developing and fostering a stronger economy through the level of quality and services its members provide to the industry. With more than 3,000 member companies in 50 chapters throughout the USA, the association serves as the voice of the electrical and systems contracting industry on policies affecting its membership.
We Build the USA is a non profit 501c3 education trust where 100% of funds received are used to promote and fund scholarships annually for individuals interested in starting or advancing their career in the construction industry. The mission of We Build the USA is to promote careers in the construction industry, recognize the outstanding work of America’s Skilled Trades People, and reward future workers looking to Build the USA with scholarships. NCW is a We Build the USA Challenge Participant.
American Fire Sprinkler Association (AFSA) is a non-profit that represents merit shop fire sprinkler contractors internationally. The organization is passionate about providing its members with training, consulting, communication, representation and education, as well as promoting the use of automatic fire sprinkler systems.
American Staffing Association (ASA) is the voice of the staffing, recruiting, and labor solutions industries in the U.S. ASA helps facilitate and advance the industry across all areas, such as advocacy, research, education, and the promotion of high standards of legal, ethical, and professional practices.
