- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to operate panel saws, edge banders, press and routers. Setup, operate, program, troubleshoot CNC in the creation of wood cabinet components. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to read dimensions in fractions and decimals. Use precision measuring instruments. Read and interpret shop drawings.
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Lead and supervise the CNC machining team, providing guidance and support.
- Program, setup, and operate CNC machines to produce wood components according to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with CNC machines or production processes.
- Collaborate with the production manager to plan and schedule work orders.
- Train and mentor team members on CNC operations and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
