- 2-3 years Full Cycle/Full Desk Recruiting experience
- Preferred experience in Construction industry but open to considering others
- Must be willing to travel in the Great Lakes region
- Relationship building: Connect with universities, faculty, and student organizations
- Employer branding: Promote the company to students through presentations, workshops, and career fairs
- Job postings: Create and distribute job postings, internships, and other career information
- Candidate selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates
- Candidate engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Offer management: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and manage the offer acceptance process
- Data analysis: Establish and report on data-driven metrics
- Budgeting: Create and manage a budget for hiring events
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and in a group
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
