As a Tig Aluminum Welder, you must be able to set up welding machines and equipment; read and interpret blueprints to understand the product's specifications; weld, cut, grind, and finish the product; and inspect your work for accuracy and quality. All candidates must be able to pass a hands-on welding test and background check. These are full-time positions starting on day shift for training and then moving to 2nd shift working 2:30pm – Midnight. Starting pay is $21/hr. + $1.25 shift premium paid in ST.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completions of welding training. TIG certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience TIG welding aluminum needed.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing/production or machine shop setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints with accuracy
- Versed with using measuring components with accuracy
- Able to lift 30 LBS.
