NCW is looking for Solar Laborers and Panel Installers to join our team in Quincy, OH!
As a Solar Construction Laborer, you will be working on various projects and tasks. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require hands-on labor such as installing solar panels, assembling racking, and more. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the work and have a desire to succeed.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work well with others
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation (company provides)
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays!
Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (with qualified approval due to state laws)
- 1-3 years of verifiable experience
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test prior to employment and comply with safety requirements.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of the crew in all projects (solar, racking, panels, etc.)
- Install new racking, frame supports, new solar arrays, and panels.

Salary: $19 – $25.00 per hour
