The Field Service Support Specialist position will be responsible for providing on-site technical and service support to customers, ensuring that their equipment is functionally optimal. This role involves 50% traveling to customer sites in the regional area to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and conduct maintenance on equipment. Also, this position will be responsible for helping with shipping and receiving parts and equipment orders and maintaining the warehouse's efficiency. Pay is $24/hr.- $25+/hr., base, and bonus program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installation and service support.
- Parts and warehouse support.
- Customer relations.
- Assist in general office administration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience in Industrial and Commercial maintenance or equivalent field service experience.
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Ability to develop an understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic technological aptitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and/or wiring and editing existing diagrams.
- Ability to develop basic plumbing, gas, and venting knowledge.
