Our client, established in 1977 in San Antonio, TX operates on sales and service throughout Texas. They represent worldwide products including Parker Hannifin, SKF Lincoln Lubrication, Graco, Donaldson Filters, Cross Manufacturing, and many other fluid power products,
Our sales efforts include MRO and OEM needs, our service efforts are both field service and shop repair, our manufacturing efforts are focused on engineering and fabricating complete fluid power systems.
Job Description
- Full-time Sales, Product and Personnel Manager of the inside sales group currently including a team of 8 people,
- Years of experience are open depending on the extent of product knowledge. Prior experience in hose assemblies and identifying metric and SAE threads
- Good personnel management background is very necessary,
- Works well in a highly competitive teamwork environment,
- Work hours are Monday thru Friday from 7 – 5
- Sell hydraulic and pneumatic products to current and new accounts,
- Develop personal relationships with regular counter, phone and email customers,
- Identifies and fulfills customer product and/or service requirements,
- Provide application and engineering assistance to customers,
- Willing to work overtime, including weekends and periodic on-call service,
- All employees are required to become MSHA trained with annual updates
- Must be willing to attend in-house and external product and sales training as required
- Good computer and software skills required including Microsoft Excel
