We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This person will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales by creating and executing initiatives that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have a strong understanding of both sales and marketing processes, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

+ Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams to ensure strategies are aligned and support overall business goals
+ Work with sales leadership to understand their needs and ensure marketing efforts align with the sales process.
+ Ensure marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging are effectively supporting sales initiatives.
+ Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the alignment and flow of information between the teams.
+ Develop and execute marketing initiatives designed to generate/convert leads, accelerate sales cycles, and support business
development (BD) efforts.
+ Track and analyze the performance of sales-focused marketing campaigns, reporting on KPIs and ROI.
+ Assist Business Development Representatives (BDRs) by providing targeted sales collateral, tailored messaging, and other
marketing support to help them achieve sales goals.
+ Develop and maintain a resource library for BDRs, including case studies, sales decks, and email templates.
+ Train and educate BDRs on new marketing campaigns, tools, and strategies that can aid in their sales efforts.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)+ 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales operations, preferably inB2B environments
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills + Proven experience in campaign management, content development, and sales alignment
+ Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.
