As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our client’s employees, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will provide training and development programs to educate employees on safety procedures and monitor the effectiveness of safety programs through data analysis and reporting. Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to minimize workplace hazards and promote a culture of safety. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of safety procedures and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Proven 5 to 7 years' experience as a Safety Manager. Bilingual highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and workers' compensation laws.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in report writing and data analysis. Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • First Aid/CPR certification is required.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and hazards
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and development programs to educate employees on safety procedures,
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in safety management
