We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative R&D Assistant to support engineering efforts in product development and testing. This role involves assisting with research, prototype fabrication, data collection, and analysis to improve foam-based products and processes. The ideal candidate has a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in research & development, product design, testing, or customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
