- College degree or continuing education studies on QMS/EMS systems.
- Minimum five years in a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership & team development
- Knowledge of ISO standards and supporting documents.

- Continuous experience and Lean knowledge preferred.
- Responsible for managing the planning, execution and development of the quality assurance and environmental programs.
- Oversee, maintain and continuously improve current ISO systems.
- Management Representative of Quality Assurance systems.
- Responsible for attainment and maintenance of select QMS/EMS certifications.
- Represent quality function with customers during Quality improvement projects.
- Tracking and managing PPAP’s and their submissions to current customer base.
- Maintain and develop Quality Assurance staff by selecting, orienting, training and continued education.
