Quality Control/Assurance Technician
Location: Romeoville, IL 60446
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Inspect and approve/reject components and finished goods received from external suppliers.
  • Perform dimensional and functional checks to ensure product quality.
  • Manage isolation and disposition of any non-conforming parts.
  • Report quarterly summaries on quality performance.
  • Assist in root cause failure analysis of warranty claims.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings, including dimensions and tolerances
  • Basic understanding of common measuring tools, such as digital calipers and digital pressure gauges.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Superior verbal, listening, and written communications skills.
  • Computer proficiency in the use of CRM, Microsoft O365 Products and multiple electronic platforms.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
The Quality Assurance Technician will directly report to the Quality Manager.
