As the Project Executive (PX) you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety and quality standards as well as design and manage construction of Mission Critical facilities from concept design to completion. The successful candidate should understand the principles of hygienic design and identify potential risks associated with the construction of Mission Critical facilities.

 

Requirements –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • 5-10 years' technical sales, project management, and/or facility design experience within the Mission Critical industry
  • Experience in advanced/high-tech Mission Critical sectors highly preferred
  • Broad and in-depth business background with a working knowledge of the technical aspects of Mission Critical design/build construction

 

What You’ll Do –

  • Develop and implement strategic goals, objectives, and operating procedures to drive operational efficiency and ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical and data center projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers, architects, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are executed effectively.
  • Complete equipment sizing and mass balance specifications to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Create and develop process calculations, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), facility layout, and equipment lists as necessary
  • Develop new and innovative solutions to enhance production, focusing on improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency for process/manufacturing end users
  • Partner with business development team as a subject matter expert, developing conceptual design facility layouts, and supporting proposal development for comprehensive design/build or EPC solutions
  • Travel as needed
