- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- At least 2 years of B2B sales in industrial/automotive products or related environment, selling to Fortune 500 Industrial customers and their Tier 1 suppliers
- Full working knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing or application of engineered parts and components (Casting & Machining knowledge helpful)
- Self-motivated, organized and analytical, problem–solving skills
- At least 25% Travel will be required for carrying out the job duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Work closely with the team to develop/execute sales plans and identify business opportunities
- Manage and maintain relations with existing industrial and automotive accounts
- Process inquiries/requests for quotation from new and existing accounts and negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Be responsible for new project launch collaboration and act as a liaison between customers and Company's multiple-function teams globally
- Develop and maintain communications cooperatively and professionally with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing prospective customers
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Secure and renew orders
- Help customers solve technical problems
- Perform other tasks as assigned
