As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in undertaking a broad range of tasks to ensure the continuous operation of our client’s production and facility equipment. This role demands a proactive approach to installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities, adhering to stringent safety protocols and efficient maintenance strategies. Schedule is Monday-Friday, weekends as needed. Pay based on experience.  


Requirements  
  • High school diploma or equivalent.  
  • Technical certification or relevant experience in a similar role.  
  • 4+ years of manufacturing experience (hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, electrical, PLC, HVAC).  
  • Electrical experience (single phase, three phase, running/bending conduit).
  • Servo Controls Motion.  
  • Basic plumbing and carpentry.  
  • Fabrication and welding experience.

What You’ll Do  
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently.  
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.  
  • Understand the relationship between belts, gears, and motors.  
  • Troubleshoot complex problems to minimize downtime.  
  • Install heavy equipment and install and maintain light electrical systems.  
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.  
  • Fabricate basic items using drills and lathes.
