As a Mechanical Superintendent you will be tasked with overseeing the construction project from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety, and inventory checks throughout the duration of the project. You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise on site.
Requirements
Ground up or remodel light industrial & data center project experience
Tilt/precast, CMU, PEMB, etc. project experience.
Experience in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
Firm understanding of common phases of Site Supervision: safety, quality control, estimating/constructability support, schedule, submittal and shop drawing support, process management and tracking, personnel supervision and evaluation.

Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the project
Serve as the leader for all on site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involved
Foster good working relationships with all subcontractors on the project
Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads
Organize facilities/utilities
