As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supporting a manufacturing facility by performing equipment maintenance and repairs. This role is crucial in ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime. Candidates with experience in HVAC systems and mechanical components will be highly valued.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 10-Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on plant equipment including power presses, welders, lift trucks, spray paint systems, and other machinery.
- Install, relocate, and repair equipment, plumbing systems, and perform maintenance-related welding.
- Execute preventive maintenance programs and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Work with electrical systems including both A.C. and D.C. voltages.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish) candidates strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with industrial HVAC and mechanical systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent combined with relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot material handling and manufacturing equipment.
- Proficiency with measuring and calculating in various units of measure.
- Capability to lift to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 8+ hours a day.
