- Provide training to customers in-person trainings may be held at customer facilities
- Conducting risk assessments on customer machines
- Support the Sales and Engineering departments with regards to new and updates to safety standards and products
- Assist the Engineering team to ensure customer projects comply with safety standards
- Assist customers in the selection of components for their applications
- Develop tools and materials (manuals, and presentations) to facilitate training offerings
- Interpret U.S. and international regulations to assist customers with their machine compliance to industry standards and directives
- Maintain up to date knowledge of applicable standards and products
- Other duties as assigned
- Industrial Environment/Machinery Experience
- Familiar with the Risk Assessment process
- Confidently and competently speak in front of large groups – effectively present information and answer questions
- Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry; solve and verify math formulas as set out in IEC 61508 and ISO 13849
- Write reports, procedure manuals, engaging presentation material
- Willingness to learn our products and procedures
- Meet all safety requirements as set by customers when on-site
