The Director of Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing all manufacturing and related operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role includes overseeing the development, implementation, verification, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Oversee factory Quality Assurance and Code Compliance – Ensuring all manufacturing processes meet quality and regulatory standards.

  • Direct oversight of lamination and RV assembly operations – Managing production to deliver defect-free, on-spec, and cost-effective products.

  • Oversee all compliance issues relating to NHTSA, RVIA, and ANSI – Maintaining regulatory adherence and compliance with industry standards.

  • Monitor chassis assignments and interact with MORyde scheduling – Coordinating production flow and chassis movement efficiently.

  • Product Development – Driving innovation and continuous improvement in product design and manufacturing.

  • Constructive interactions with other company segments – Collaborating across departments to optimize operations and drive company success.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills.  

  • Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving.  

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office  

  • Profound familiarity with RV Manufacturing processes.  

  • Proven leadership ability.  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/manufacturing.  

  • 10 years of experience in operations management.
