As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with other team members to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
