As the Scheduling Manager, you will periodically assist project teams during the project proposal stage by creating and/or reviewing schedules. You will work cooperatively with the Data Analytics team to track and monitor schedule health across operations. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with Developers, Designers, Pre-Construction, Project Managers and Field Managers and be open to travel to projects as needed.

 

Requirements –

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of scheduling and planning systems, and are fluent with MS Project and are familiar with Primavera (P6) or 4D scheduling software
  • Ten (10) years of experience within the construction industry, five (5) years of scheduling experience

 

What You’ll Do –

  • Assist and grow regional field teams with use of company's scheduling standard practices.
  • Facilitate collaborative preconstruction planning sessions with company's project teams, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure successful workflow and scheduling of project by preparing master project schedule, reviewing daily reports from superintendent and attending weekly subcontractor meetings.
  • Display leadership qualities by setting a good example of behavior
  • Act as a resource to project construction teams
