NCW is searching for experienced Construction Laborers for a modular home manufacture in Indianapolis. We are seeking laborers with experience in trimming/framing carpenters, drywall, electricians, plumbers, HVAC, AC/furnace installation, exterior painters, roofs/ceiling, final finishers, etc. These positions are on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse. You must have your own nail pouch, tape measure, utility knife, and hammer.

- Monday-Friday
- 7:00am-3:30pm
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous construction experience (residential drywallers, carpenters, trim carpenters, finish capenters, painters, HVAC, AC/furnace installation, roofers/ceilings, etc.)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) regularly. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and kneeling.
