As the Contract Administrator, you will assist the Project Manager and Project Team in the day-to-day administrative operations of their respective projects. The work involves assisting in project buyout, subcontractor and vendor pay applications and payments, subcontractor compliance (lien waivers & COI’s), and project closeout. The Contract Administrator will typically work on anywhere from 2-4 projects simultaneously.

 

Requirements –

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Administrative experience with a General Contractor preferred
  • Experience with Procore and Textura
  • Previous experience in Yardi is helpful but not required 

 

What You’ll Do –

  • Works with Project manager to compile subcontracts and material contracts for approval, distribution, and execution during Project Buyout
  • Manage subcontract and change order approvals in Procore and Yardi
  • Process weekly invoices for assigned projects
  • Disburse payment to Subcontractors in Textura upon project funding each month
  • Manage administrative duties such as scheduling and hosting monthly onsite meeting with development to review project status and create weekly schedule updates.
