NCW is searching for all levels of CNC Machinist/Operators in the Denver area for full-time employment. Setup and programming experience preferred. In this role, you will produce machined parts by operating CNC machines to produce a variety of precision metal parts working from complex engineering drawings/diagrams and instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards. Pay is based on experience.
Shifts
- 2nd shift – (nights) Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm-3am.
- 3rd shift – weekends Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6am-6:30pm work 36-hours get paid for 40.
Requirements
- RESUME REQUIED
- 4-5 years of experience in a job shop environment demonstrating proficiency in operating all manual machine tools such as lathes, 3 and 5 axis mills. MUST HAVE CNC EXPERIENCE.
- Proficient in Mastercam 2020. Experience programming offline.
- Plan machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, and machining parameters.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and quality standards as it applies to an aerospace and defense environment.
