Key Responsibilities:
- Program and inspect manufactured products using CMM/MCOSMOS software.
- Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections.
- Interpret planning documents, tool designs, engineering drawings, specifications, and quality inspection procedures to develop clear, complete, and precise records of inspection.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Experience in aerospace machine manufacturing and CMM inspection.
- Proficiency in CMM Programming and PC-DMIS Programming.
- Strong ability to interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, pin gauges, optical comparators, plug/thread gauges, radius gauges, etc.
