- Annual sales volume goal for Business Development Manager will be $5M – $8M+.
- Responsible for selling all lines of the business.
- Manage client interactions to provide excellent service, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact, proposal preparation, negotiation, and securing the deal.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice President and other leadership to create business development strategies tailored to the local market.
- Partner with marketing and other departments to enhance company’s brand visibility and market penetration.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure the smooth transition of projects from sales to execution.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue growth, project acquisition, and customer retention.
- Provide regular updates to the Regional Vice President on sales activities, pipeline development, and market conditions.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote company’s services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your manager or other leadership.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably within the construction or
- related industries.
- Proven track record of acquiring large-scale projects and managing key client accounts.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- May be required to visit job sites and travel to various client locations.
