As an Administrative Assistant (Spanish/English), you will play a crucial role in supporting office operations by ensuring that every order schedule for the day is shipped out on time, ensure that production time runs smoothly, operate LED machine, make screens, use CRM system to move files from film status to screen status and cured status. Check accuracy of all incoming information from the Art and CSR Departments including quantity of items, ship to locations, shipping methods, and resolve errors.

Requirements
- Spanish/English skills are required for this position.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to type with speed and accuracy for data entry. Basic math skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, phone systems, data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- Must have a high-level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling company records, employee information, or proprietary production processes.
