Have other questions?

The Inflation Reduction Act was passed by President Biden on September 8, 2023. Since then, they’ve made various amendments to fit the needs of renewable contractors.
Taxpayers that wish to take advantage of the enhanced clean energy tax benefits must ensure that all laborers and mechanics are paid the applicable prevailing wage, including fringe benefits, for all hours performing construction, and in some cases alteration or repair, on the site of the work of a qualified facility.

To receive the inflation reduction act rebate, send your classification request to IRAprevailingwage@DOL.gov and include the following:
○ Facility Type
○ Location
○ Proposed classification and rates
○ Job descriptions/duties
○ Additional rationale
○ Note if new classification or if classification exists but not available

NCW has done the work and received compliance so we can help you make sure you get the full clean energy tax benefit that’s applicable.
