Referral Rules

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Must be 18 years or older to enter. The referred individual must be seeking employment in construction, manufacturing or warehousing field. Referred individual must be 18 years or older and seeking employment in the United States to count as an eligible referral. Eligible dates for the referrals must be from 05/02/2022- present day. All eligible entries will be gathered into a database and tracked to see if the referral completes at least 10 business days or 80 hours of work with NCW. If the referral completes the minimum work requirements, the employee who referred will be given compensation worth $75.
