- Reviews cost and variance trends; researching significant variations and recommending appropriate responses.
- Prepares daily operating performance analysis, including inventory movements, sales, and cost of goods sold, to identify significant issues in a timely fashion.
- Performs monthly inventory valuation and reconciliation of cost ledgers.
- Acts as the finance lead for annual physical inventory and monthly cycle counts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting implications.
- Manages and maintains E&O Inventory analysis and calculations.
- Prepares and monitors operating forecasts based on budgets, reviewing significant variations and analyzing operating impact.
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
- 3-5 years supporting a manufacturing business
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 3-5 years of Cost accounting
- 3-5 years using ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
