- Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining a qualified team of customer-focused service technicians.
- Develop and implement effective repair methodologies, optimizing job flows to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate customer relationships to promote service work satisfaction.
- Forecast capital expenditures for departmental improvements. Maintain shop equipment, ensuring they are in good repair and comply with regulatory standards.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Prior experience as a field or service technician preferred.
- A team orientation with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team.
