- High school diploma or GED.
- Technical degree or certification in welding.
- 2 years of experience in MIG welding (Fabrication experience a plus)
- Ability to interpret blueprints. Knowledgeable in machine operations (robotic welding, CNC Press Brake, Bender) a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills. Organizational and time management skills. Basic math skills.
- Knowledgeable in measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, protractors.
