As a Manual Material Handler, you will be responsible for the physical handling of materials, ensuring efficient and safe movement of products within the facility. This is a physically demanding job with a lot of walking and/or standing on a cement floor. You must be able to bend, push carts, carry boxes, move at a quick pace along with going up and down ladders carrying boxes weighing up to 40lbs. Schedule is 8am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday, 30-minute lunch and tow 15-minute breaks. Occasional overtime as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse –packing experience a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 40 lbs.). Willing and ablet to use ladders.
- Detail and accuracy focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, verbal, and written communication in English.
- Basic computer skills – for using computers, scanning guns & other equipment.
- Punctual and attendance conscious.
