- Grow sales revenue and product mix across a group of defined accounts.
- Identify new accounts across region
- Someone willing to build an area and territory from the ground up.
- Hold sales presentations at customer sites, distributor locations, and trade shows
- Develop sales strategy for accounts based on in-depth account evaluation.
- Work in a team selling environment to leverage expertise across the sales team.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings to solve applications or present our solutions.
- Function as an integral part of the existing sales team
- Recent college graduate with minimum 1-3 years’ experience in related industry.
- Based in Charlotte area.
- Technical/Engineering degree preferred, or worked in the industry with related work experience.
- Background with safety scanners, safety products, controllers, PLCs, relays, etc.
- Background selling into integrators, OEMs, Manufacturing, end users.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of autonomy
- Ability to accumulate and demonstrate technical knowledge
- Willingness to learn products and procedures
- Self-motivated, well-organized and team oriented
