- Associate’s degree in construction management or similar equivalent experience
- Grocery, Light Industrial, Data Center, Distribution/Warehouse, Restaurant and/or Retail Ground Up or Tenant Improvement project experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office: Excel and ProCore
- Must be willing to travel
- Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the project
- Serve as the leader for all on site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involved
- Foster good working relationships with all subcontractors on the project
- Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads
- Organize facilities/utilities
