- 2-4 years of customer service experience, in an office
- Knowledge of basic computer systems (Microsoft products, Internet, etc.; knowledge of WMS is a plus (Accellos, IRMs, WMS, SAP, Oracle)
- Attention to detail and excellent accuracy skills. Excellent organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and constantly re-prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Bi-lingual is a plus
