NCW is hiring Construction Laborers for a modular home manufacture in Indianapolis. We are seeking laborers with experience in trimming/framing carpenters, drywall, electricians, plumbers, HVAC, AC/furnace installation, exterior painters, roofs/ceiling, final finishers, etc. This is an on-site position in a temperature-controlled warehouse working 7 am-3:30pm with competitive wages and benefits. You must have your own nail pouch, tape measure, utility knife, and hammer, at minimum.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) regularly. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and kneeling.
