- Bachelor’s in Civil engineering with minimum of 3.0 GPA
- 1-3 years' of hands-on land development experience in a Engineering Firm
- EIT-preferred with intention of taking PE
- Computer skills: experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
- Attend meetings with Design/Build professionals and clients to understand project requirements
- Design and draft land development plans for multifamily residential, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and industrial projects
- Review outside drawings and reports to assist Project Management team
- Perform site investigative due diligence and work with contracting team to value engineer sites
- Prepare schematic site plan, grading & utility plans to illustrate site developability based on site constraints
- Perform storm water detention analysis, site utility design, and earth work analysis to best inform site planning effort for cost and constructability
