Our client is a top national Multi Family Developer/Builder looking to hire an Project Manager to be based out of their Boston, MA office!


As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with preparing the master project schedule, host onsite meeting with development to review project status, participate in design meetings, and developing contract documents. You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or related experience.
  • 5+ years of Construction experience, wood frame multi family project experience
  • Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam or similar scheduling software
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams

What You’ll Do 
  • Ensure successful workflow and scheduling of project by reviewing daily reports from superintendent, attending weekly subcontractor meetings, and ensuring all materials are procured well in advance of the time needed.
  • Maintain quality control by continually inspecting all work, ensuring timely review and approval of shop drawings by architects and engineers, and engaging design consultants for onsite inspections and punch lists.
  • Provide supervisory support to field management by assisting the superintendent to ensure project is successful
  • Manage administrative duties such as scheduling and hosting monthly onsite meeting with development to review project status and create weekly schedule updates.
  • Ensure a successful post-construction process by preparing close out books containing final project documentation, and work with property management representatives and subs/vendors to resolve all remaining items.
