The Territory Sales Representative will operate within the assigned territory to support the market infiltration goals and growth efforts of the Sales Department through business-to-business selling campaigns. We are seeking candidates with knowledge of and sales experience in the assigned sales territory. The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit, be results oriented, self-motivated and have a strong ability to build rapport and problem solve. Territory is the Pacific Northwest.

 Primary Job Responsibilities: 
  1. Promoting and selling components and system solutions
  2. Managing all current and potential accounts through direct sales or distribution
  3. Analyzing technical requirements and work out customer specific solutions
  4. Providing training and direction to authorized distributors in an assigned territory
  5. Providing adequate growth and penetration with assigned territory accounts; Developing sales strategies within assigned territory
  6. Analyzing the first indications for after sales service
  7. Developing annual sales budgets and expense budgets 
Minimum Requirements: 
  1. 5+ years sales experience 
  2. Engineering degree or other relevant education
  3. Two-year Technical Degree and Fluid Power certification 
  4. Legal authorization to work in U.S. without company sponsorship
  5. Driver’s License in good standing
  6. Ability to travel frequently by airplane to meet with customers and partners  
Preferred Background and Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sales or related field from an accredited institution
  2. Experience in Mobile Hydraulics
  3. Prior successful sales experience in the identified territory
