As a Lead Superintendent you will be tasked with overseeing the construction process from start-to-finish on high rise, multi-family, or light industrial projects. You will direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and within the allotted time schedule in an efficient manner to produce the expected profit. Mentor and direct other field and office staff throughout the duration of the project.
Requirements
Prior construction software usage (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.)
OSHA-30 certified
Wood-frame, tilt-wall, concrete, precast, or metal-frame experience
Ground up project experience
