Our client, a human resource consulting firm based out of Denver, Colorado, founded in 2018, provides human resource expertise to small businesses to overcome the challenges that most small companies face. They specialize in payroll, training, and other related HR services. They empower their clients to be successful in the areas where they may not have expertise. They recently became our client and wanted to see if we had the expertise to fill the needed roles.
They had a request for our team to locate permanent business development representatives to join their company and wanted them to start immediately. A business development representative is the first point of contact for potential customers and is crucial in growing your business. Each candidate needed prior experience prospecting outbound leads and qualifying inbound marketing leads. Our client was interested in finding two representatives with vast knowledge of consulting experience and was ambitious to join a start-up company. They expected the hired individuals to work in person at their Denver office location and for each candidate to fit their organization’s mission and values.
