1. Accuracy
At NCW we never try to force a job on a candidate. We only recommend positions that offer total alignment with your skills and goals. According to CareerBuilder, two in three workers (66 percent) say they accepted a job that ended up being a bad fit. Fifty percent of them thought it was bad enough to quit within six months. When companies like NCW make misaligned placements it reflects poorly on us and the candidate. With the candidates best interest in mind, we thoroughly vet our clients to ensure we can find the best candidates for their culture.
2. Support
We work diligently to ensure candidates and clients both see a perfect fit before getting to the end of the process. However, if one of our candidates isn’t happy with their placement, and they end up in the 66% we do everything in our power to make it right. 3. Transparency
NCW is not in the business of hiding information from candidates. Why? Refer to point 1! We firmly believe in giving the candidate all the information they need to make an informed decision about their career. That means addressing details like salary, hours, work/life balance, etc. from the jump because at the end of the day as a candidate you are interviewing the company as well.
