GIVEAWAY ENTRY PERIOD:
The NCW Followers Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday March 28, 2022, and ends 11:59:59 PM EST on Friday, April 1, 2022.
ELIGIBILITY:
This giveaway is open to anyone who currently lives in the United States. Who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Internal employees of NCW (who work at our headquarters or office in UT, CO, IN, NC, and KY) and their immediate daily members are not eligible for entry. This giveaway is, however, open to all current and NCW field employees as well as NCW’s current client base. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and registrations.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the giveaway period participants must follow our Instagram @teamncw and Like of Facebook page @teamncw.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Instagram of Facebook Inc. or Facebook of Metaverse.
Entry must be received between 12:00:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday March 28, 2022, and ends 11:59:59 PM EST on Friday, April 1, 2022.
PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)/ODDS:
There is one grand prize available to be won of a $25 Starbucks gift card, NCW coffee mug, NCW coasters, and a big of Hubbard & Cravens coffee. The ARV of the prize available is $60 USD.
Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
RANDOM DRAWING:
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday, April 4, 2022 from among all eligible entries received during the giveaway period by an NCW headquarter representative whose decisions are final.
WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The potential prize winner will be notified by receiving an email and text from contact@www.teamncw.com and (317) 768-0084 on or about Monday, April 4, 2022. To begin the prize claim process a potential winner must respond as instructed to the initial notification within 72 hours of the initial notification. If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from the same pool of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
PRIZE CONDITIONS:
Prize is not redeemable for cash, assignable, transferable, and may not be substituted except at the NCW representatives discretion. NCW representatives reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any other incidental expenses on price not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift card usage is subject to the issuing company’s complete terms and conditions, including expiration dates.
Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners name, prize won, likeness, video, photographs, and statements for purposes of public advertising, promotion, and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or here after known throughout the world in perpetuity without addition compensation, notification, or permission.
GENERAL:
Participating entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of the NCW representative, and release the representative, Instagram, Facebook, and their affiliated companies and all other businesses involved in the sweepstakes as well as employees, officers, directors, and agents of each from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the promotion and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prize offered. Participating entrants assume all liability for and released parties shall be held harmless against any liability for any injury, losses, of damages of any kind to person including personal injury or death or injury to property caused or claimed to be caused in whole or in part directly or indirectly by participation in this giveaway, acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery. Representative is not responsible for any typographical and or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the giveaway or in the announcement of the prize.
By participating in the sweepstakes you agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by the decisions of the representative which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the giveaway.
Representative reserves the right to cancel, modify, and/or suspend the giveaway or any part of it if any fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond sponsors reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes as determined by the representative.
